Ray had several years experience managing the formal hire department of a large UK-based menswear chain before branching out on his own for much the same reasons as Diane at Wedding Belles. Ray has been running his own very successful business (Best In Wales) for many years; Wedding Belles is very pleased to be able to work with another business which has the same work ethic and attention to finer details in order to provide the very best service to our wedding parties.
